UKAEA: pay rates raised by 3.2%

Effective date: 1 April 2005

The United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) and its recognised trade unions - Amicus, GMB, Prospect and the Transport and General Workers' Union - have agreed a 12-month pay and conditions agreement that raises basic rates and ancillary allowances by 3.2%, effective from 1 April 2005.

The UKAEA has an eight-level grading structure, consisting of support grades A, B and C and levels 3 to 7.
