On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss caste discrimination. In particular, we look at the recent employment tribunal decision in Tirkey v Chandok and another ET/3400174/2013 in which the tribunal was required to determine whether or not the claimant's claim for caste discrimination could proceed on the current wording of the Equality Act 2010.
