Statutory annual leave
Under regs.13 and 13A of the Working Time Regulations 1998 (SI 1998/1833) a worker is entitled to a basic statutory annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks and to be paid for that time off. Part-time workers are entitled to 5.6 weeks of paid holiday pro rated to the number of days or hours they work per week.
