  • General Data Protection Regulation

    The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which replaces the 1995 Data Protection Directive, is now force in the UK (from 25 May 2018). The Data Protection Act 2018, which largely came into force on 25 May 2018, supplements the GDPR and repeals the previous data protection regime under the Data Protection Act 1998. We round up our resources that will help you comply with the new data protection rules.
