National minimum wage: October rates added to model documents

The "Future developments" section in a number of model pay documents have been updated to include details of the national minimum wage rates to apply from October 2016. Key documents updated include the following:

• Letter providing national minimum wage statement
• Letter advising a worker of a pay increase because he or she has moved to a higher age band of the national minimum wage
• Letter advising a worker of a pay increase because of a rise in the rate of the national minimum wage
• Letter advising a worker of a pay increase because of the introduction of the national living wage
