Take part in our survey on performance-related pay rises

The focus of this survey is on organisations whose annual pay review is based (either in full or in part) on a measure of individual employee performance; it does not cover bonus schemes, profit-related pay or commission payments. However, if your organisation does not use a performance-related pay rise scheme we would still welcome your views on why this is the case.

Completing this brief survey will entitle you to:

  • a complimentary copy of our findings once we have completed our analysis; and
  • a free copy of the XpertHR 2016 pay forecasts report, emailed to you on completion of the survey.

In addition, respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of four £250 prizes.
