Tribunal update: Large employers dismiss employees over derogatory Facebook comments

- the dismissal of an EE Ltd employee who made threats on Facebook to a colleague who had reported him to the employer for frequently referring to his workplace as "Dante's Inferno"; and
- the dismissal of a B&Q customer adviser for comments on Facebook after a bad day at work, including statements that his workplace was "beyond a fucking joke" and that he would be "doing some busting".
