1. Samara is a hybrid worker. She works five days a week, attending the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and working remotely on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. What is her carer's leave entitlement?
   1. As Samara normally attends the workplace on two days per week, she is entitled to two days' carer's leave in every rolling 12-month period.
   2. As Samara works full time, she is entitled to seven days' carer's leave in every rolling 12-month period.
