Benefits worth up to one-third of basic salary
Benefits packages can add up to one-third on top of basic salary, according to the latest annual benefits survey from Celre1.
The total remuneration package, including additions such as pension and holidays, for a director earning around £65,000 is worth an additional 29.5% of base salary at the median.
