The top five skills for leaders

Business leaders and those aspiring to leadership roles are often bewildered by the long lists of leadership skills that they are being urged to develop.

To create some order from this confusion, Reed Consulting and the Institute of Directors say that they have identified the top five critical success factors, based on the views of more than 800 business leaders in the UK.
