  • There are no statutory requirements as to the form or content of individual employment contracts. (See General)
  • Employment contracts are, as a general rule, considered to be open-ended and can be lawfully terminated by the employer only for "objective" reasons. Fixed-term contracts can be used only under specific circumstances. (See Types of contract)
