Use this model RACI chart to list all the contributors to the HR change project (people who are involved in delivering the change) and stakeholders who need to be aware of the change, and their roles. The model chart includes example roles and tasks that need to be completed to achieve a fictional roll out of a talent management framework, and example responsibilities for the first task.
