Gender pay gap benchmarking data published
XpertHR Benchmarking has been enhanced with new data allowing you to compare your organisation's gender pay gap against those at other organisations in your sector.
Under the gender pay gap reporting duty, employers with 250 or more employees on the snapshot date of 5 April are required to report on their gender pay and bonus gaps, within 12 months. This XpertHR analysis is based on official Government data for the 4,939 organisations that had reported their gender pay gap by 4 April 2020. The sample size is smaller than in previous years, due to the Government's decision to suspend enforcement of the April 2020 reporting deadline during the coronavirus outbreak.
