An effective onboarding process is key to helping employees thrive at work. It can make a big difference to:
- employees' performance; and
- the extent to which they have a positive early experience of working for the organisation and whether they choose to stay.
This training is designed to help you, as a line manager, support a new team member.
Note: We use the term "onboarding" here but "induction" is also commonly used.
