When to use this model anti-harassment policy
Use this model HR policy to outline the organisation's commitment to creating a work environment free of harassment and bullying. It may be used as part of a suite of policies or staff handbook in addition to a separate equal opportunities policy. Smaller employers may wish to use the combined equal opportunities and anti-harassment policy.
