Organisations that invest in learning enable employees to become more effective within their current roles and open paths for professional development. This can be a key factor in encouraging employees to stay with the organisation and capitalising on each employee's fullest potential.

We discuss how leading organisations approach learning, with details about professional development strategies, leadership involvement in the learning process, metrics for measuring success in learning, and the tools or technology organisations use to support learning.
