Shared parental leave and shared parental pay
Our research finds that a majority of organisations offer enhanced paternity pay, but it is much less common for shared parental pay to be enhanced. Many employers also offer other family-friendly support for employees.
Employers that enhance shared parental pay are twice as likely to receive shared parental leave requests as those that offer the statutory rate, according to research released by XpertHR Benchmarking.
