Flexible benefits

Jo Jacobs Editor's message: Organisations may offer some flexibility in their benefits package, but it is quite rare to offer a full flexible benefits programme in which employees are free to select, amend or alter all their benefits.

Flexible benefits can help increase the employees' perceived value of the benefit package and boost engagement. With a “flex” programme, employees can choose benefits that are most relevant to their situation and lifestyle.
